Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Moon Lake Electric Association, Inc., will be held in Moon Lakes Operation Building at 800 West Hwy 40 in Roosevelt, Duchesne County, Utah, on Thursday, May 30, 2019, beginning at 5:00 p.m. for the following purposes: 1. To elect Directors for the Board of Directors of Moon Lake Electric Association, Inc., to represent Districts 4,5 and 7, each for a 3-year term. 2.
