If you wish for your comment to remain anonymous, please indicate it at the beginning of your communication, and your name will be redacted. Private contact information (email, phone number, address) are always redacted.
If you would like to make a comment on an issue before the Council, but will not be able to attend a regularly scheduled meeting, you can submit a comment to email@example.com or, email a specific council member using the links below.
The Roosevelt City Council holds meetings on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Roosevelt City Building, Meetings are also streamed live on the Roosevelt City YouTube Channel.
Meeting agendas are published seven days prior to the meeting. All agenda requests and information must be submitted to no later than eight (8) days prior to the meeting. Those wishing to meet with the council should fill out a Council Appointment Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A public comment period is held at the beginning of each meeting for 15 minutes. Those wishing to speak to the council are limited to three minutes.
