The Parks and Recreation building is located close to the Constitution Park, walking path,
soccer and ball fields and skate park.

Linden Dye, Dustin Glines and Drew Eschler are staff members along with
seasonal employees that keep the parks looking up dated and maintaining
them for you to enjoy and use.

There are three parks in Roosevelt

CONSTITUTION PARK
Address: 792 West 300 South
Includes:
►Walking Path/ which is one mile long
►Skate Park
►Soccer Field
►Outdoor Amphitheatre
►Two Horseshoe Pits
►Outdoor Public Restroom
►Three Ball Diamonds
►Pavilions
►Children's Playground

Rent one of the pavilions for your next outdoor event or reunion. Roosevelt City has
two (2) pavilions at the Constitution Park.

North Pavilion which has a brick wall around it is close to the public restroom.
South Pavilion  is a pavilion for a large group.

Both pavilions may be rented for private parties, BBQ's, family reunions etc.

Pavilion
Rent the pavilion for your next outdoor event or reunion.  This pavilion can be rented for any
activity or group use you may have.

Fees:
$50.00/under100 people
$100.00/over 100 people

There is a rental form agreement which will have to be read and signed along with the
fee paid to confirm the reservation.

OLD MILL PARK
Address: 278 East 100 North
Located one block east from Main Street

This is the newest park in Roosevelt. There is a city center clock which gives one tranquility
of a quiet atmosphere of the previous days of Roosevelt. Small stage and pavilions with
numerous trees surround this park. There is no public restroom at this time.
You may reserve this park for your next group use.
Reservation Fee: $50.00
