The Roosevelt City Building Department provide plan reviews and inspections of the adopted buildings codes in a timely manner. The inspection of building construction projects include structural elements, plumbing, heating and cooling and electrical systems.

Before a building permit can be issued, submit plans to the Building Dept for review.
There is a checklist that the plans will have to be in compliance with. Usually it takes
no longer than one week before the go ahead is given on the building project.
If you are building a new home or building then the water and sewer connections
will need to be purchased.
The water and sewer rates and connection fees are located in the utlities menu.
