Roosevelt City is seeking bids to provide fuel for Roosevelt City bulk fuel and cardswipe. Fuel Provider Specifications Fuel provider will provide fuel for City bulk fuel and card swipe from July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2018 Bulk Fuel and Card Swipe can be awarded separately Preference will be given to bids specifying a price above rack cost for fuels purchases Payments will be remitted by Roosevelt City at its regularly scheduled check run dates Statements must reflect who made purchases and in what qualities Access to fueling must be available seven days a week, 24 hours a day Fuel must be provide through the use of gas cards which includes PIN (personal indentification number) numbers and odometer reading Bid deadline is June 24, 2013 at 12:00 noon Preference will be given to local providers Roosevelt City reserves the right to reject any and all bids	Closes: 06/24/2013
